Terms & Conditions:
If refund requested after delivery then we refund the amount, minus courier charges in the customer’s Jagdish Network wallet within 5 days of product returned back to us.
Refund only possible if, the product is delivered back & shipment cost to be borne by the customer.
If the goods are delivered in the damaged condition to the customer, then the shipping cost is to be borne by the company. And we will reship the product.
Mode of refund would be Jagdish Network, Discount coupons and product Exchange.
If customer wants to exchange the product due to any reason after delivery, customer has to send the product back to us and order same product or a product of same value or a product of higher value. Customer has to pay the difference amount and the shipping charge. We will send the product after received back the previous product. The returned back product should not be used and should be in the good condition. If the product is used or not in good condition then will not be exchanged.
If the product needs to be cancelled due to any reason prior the dispatch, shipping charges will not be charged. If product shipped before cancellation then shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Product Return Policy for a retail customer:
If a retail customer raises a concern with quality, manufacturing defect or packaging defect, then the customer can return/exchange the product to/from the member from whom they have purchased, within 30 days from the date of purchase. They have to provide a valid reason and return the products with the original Product Invoice. If a retail customer request for replacement of products, it is the member’s duty to fulfill the customer need. Thereafter, the member can exchange the products from the Company within 25 days from the date of invoice and should submit the following documents at the time of exchange:
